The Minecraft pack will not open in Blender. Install this zip from Blender Preferences — then Create Beach in the N-panel. A Bedrock pack is still in the guide.
Download Blender add-on
Preferences → Add-ons → Install from Disk. Minecraft zip is on the guide.
